Tim was fantastic!I literally called him on Wednesday morning and he had organised access and was at the property the following morning at 9AM. By 2PM I had a very comprehensive building and pest inspection report (47 pages) in my hand and a thorough understanding of the property I was proposing to purchase.Tim then gave me a call later in the evening and we had a very practical chat about the issues he had identified, how serious they were (i.e. what I would need to address as the owner in the short and medium term) and what I would be up for cost-wise to remedy any issues.I really can't speak highly enough about the service I was provided in the very short turn-around time.Many thanks Tim!
