Absolutely fantastic service! Daniel and Alex gave me 30 minutes notice as requested and turned up right on time. They listened to my concerns and gave me clear professional advice about what they could to do help fix my carpet. Their workmanship was outstanding and everything was left near and tidy once they were finished with all stains removed. To top it off, they were both absolutely lovely, friendly and professional. Will absolutely use them again!

Wow, brilliant service with up to date notifications on arrival that’s very accurate. I love the contact you get from these guys to ensure everything goes smoothly, wish every service took the time and effort to keep you informed. Daniel was very professional polite and funny keeping everything relaxed. He performed the task quickly and efficiently, removed stain and brought our carpet back to new. Brilliant service and an exceptional job done. I’ve had carpet cleaning done in the past however they didn’t perform to Stately’s level, very highly recommend them

These guys have been fantastic to deal with. Got rid of most of the stains and even came back to redo a spot they’d missed under one of the beds at no extra charge. I appreciate their old fashioned commitment to service.

They offered free advice and an assessment of my carpets immediately after our conversation. The Stately team offered education on pet urine and rug treatments, the drying process and water damage grades.Bev, Chris and their staff were extremely diligent in their assessment and remediation of the water damage. Bev went absolutely above and beyond what I would expect any business to do, she maintained contact with me, checked on the progress of drying, assisted in writing an insurance report and is an absolute joy to talk to.Stately made a very stressful week and experience less stressful from their friendly staff, communication, and being absolutely wonderful humans.A huge kudos to Daniel for his sheer delight upon spotting my dachshunds and adding them to his daily dogs at work album and his willingness to educate me, and professional, upbeat attitude during the entire process.
