This pharmacy is amazing. They looked after my parents and their medication brilliantly. The staff can't do enough for you, always pleasant, very professional and very caring and supportive. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Untrustworthy, terrible customer service. Drove all the way from Katoomba as my local pharmacy were charging too much for my medication. Quoted a much better price at Hazelbrook. When I went to pick it up, they completely disregarded the quote they gave me and decided to charge me $30 more than what I was quoted. Ended up being more expensive than my local who were already expensive, wasted trip and wasted me time. Will never return.

Very friendly and helpful staff with an exceptional webster packing service! Pharmacist Trin was so very helpful with getting my MIL's medicines organised and packed when the hospital sent her home with NOTHING! No other pharmacy would help me at the time. They have been very reliable and efficient with managing mum's medicines and scripts ever since. Makes my life much easier so I can care for her. I'm very grateful for this service they're providing!!!

Hazelbrook Pharmacy has been my pharmacy for over 20yrs. I followed Linda from her previous pharmacy she worked at. To me Hazelbrook pharmacy the pharmacists and staff have always been so kind and helpful. I had elderly parents and Linda and her staff were the only pharmacy that could get my parents medications correct which is a major plus considering there medical conditions. I always read the insert of medications especially new ones and follow the directions to the letter by the manufacturer as well as the advice of all the friendly pharmacists when they take time out of there hectic day to stop and explain what to do and how to administer and get the most out of my devices

Hazelbrook pharmacy has been my pharmacy for over 20yrs, we actually followed Linda from another pharmacy. I highly recommend this pharmacy as I’ve never incurred rudeness or half committed service. I’ll definitely keep going back for as long as the pharmacy stays under the ownership of Linda and her very helpful staff and her dedicated pharmacists.

I find the staff of Hazelbrook pharmacy in general very polite. Specifically Angelo as he always provides valuable professional advice. Sharon lights your day with friendly smile and EXCELLENT CUSTOMERS SKILL. So are the other ladies very professional, friendly and with superb customers service skills. However I experienced very negative attitude from 2 female pharmacists regarding returning not functional puffer with over half full. They DECLINED TO REINBURST ME. REQUESTED TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURE. WHAT A NON SENSE. After their statement they walked away from me.

The staff at this chemist are simply the best. During a period with a loved one who very sick they went out of their way to care for her and us. Finding us medicine when it wasnt in store, dropping everything to get faxes and info to and from doc... always helping. We are very grateful to this chemist because the staff are truly wonderful.
