I have been training in Martial Arts for the whole of my adult life. I cannot recommend training with BDK more. The whole instructor team and professional and knowledgeable beyond their time.The atmosphere is family friendly, yet produces some of the best combat sports athletes around.If you have issues with discipline or confidence, lack of focus or fitness. I have trained here for 10 years and still going into my 50's. The club and instructors are fantastic and they cater for everyone. I have learned so much over the time and it's like a 2nd home. Very family friendly atmosphere and very welcoming to new students to be able to train and learn in a safe environment. Facilities are 2nd to none.
