Titles delayed 14 months with no end in sight. Delay after delay. No communication when delays happen, you only find out when checking their website. No reasoning for delays provided. Terrible customer service all round. Stay away.

Lack luster to non-existent communication. No care for buyers after sale, no care for the estate with on going development issues and no communication to residents. Main road hadn't been built after 4+ years of development.RPM Realestate and Evolve Development will not offer any help or assistance in gaining access to your lot for any financing requirements / evaluations. Delay after delay for every stage released, of upwards of 14+ months.

Titles late 1 year and still land is not titled! No communication from anyone. Sales people and management never call back. The worst customer service ever from their sales agency!!!
