Pretty bad experience with donation. We were told to only donate within the daily donation window which differs from their opening hours. We went again and there was not a single thank you or even a smile or even a nod. Zero appreciation!We will never donate again.

They have a good range of items, but the pricing is a little high. It's one of those second hand stores where a lot of the items are not that much cheaper than what they cost new. It's not as bad as places like cash converters where the second hand prices are often higher than new, so give it a go if you're looking for something you really want that's hard to get.

If I could put a 0 start I would. Rude customer services. Apparently you can not donate at opening hours. I went twice and they lied about the accepting my donation!

The neatest, most nicely laid out op shop I have been to. Homewares section felt like a gift shop, a pleasure to browse. Unfortunately there was very little baby clothing though.

I received today my fabulous Blarney Green Cape from Doncaster Salvos. I am extremely happy with this purchase. The quality of material (Irish of course) is wonderful. The condition is amazing. The warmth is incredible. Probably one of the best purchases I have ever made. I cannot thank the Doncaster Salvos enough and as a really special touch they sent me a beautiful card thanking me for my purchase. I want to thank them for my wonderful cape and for all the hard work they do.

We were happy to have found a nice little cute vase 10$, but one of the staff took it and said the price was not correct and changed it to 25$. They should have honored the price tag rather than taking away from us and disappointed their customers. Bad customer service

This is the Harrods of OP shops. It's huge, has an enormous range of very high quality items and is well laid out. The staff are lovely and both understanding and helpful. But best of all you get amazing prices AND you are helping someone in need.
