We are very happy with the alu-clad, double glazed, timber windows and doors that Logikhaus has supplied for our certified passivhaus in Ryde, NSW. Harley and Jason have been easy to deal with, professional and very responsive to phone calls and emails, etc. Our windows and doors are beautiful to look at, passed the blower door test and were the most cost-effective, passivhaus certified option that I could find on the market. We have also been very happy with the after-sales support. I have no hesitation in recommending Logikhaus.

Harley and the team at Logikhaus supplied all our windows and external shade blinds, and we couldn't be happier. Excellent upfront design, coordination, and attention to detail.Providing solid advice on detailing which is so important in Passive houses. This gave me the confidence to preorder and prefabricate adjacent shrouds and other building fabric.The windows arrived on the day they said they would, allowing confidence in scheduling following trades in advance.After sales service to date has been equally excellent.Also very good value for money, their price ex factory was better than anything I could get in Australia, only difference being cost of transport which is offset by the high thermal performance of the windows.Would not hesitate to use Harvey and Jason again, great to work with

Fantastic team to deal with. They review plans and work out how to integrate the windows within the building envelope - not just take an order. Professional outfit. Harley keeps you informed the whole way through. We spent several hours talking through each window, door and aesthics. Harley really cares and is proud of his products. All turned up as ordered and fit perfectly. Harley answers calls and responds timely. Would not go anywhere else.

Jason and Harley were professional and are passionate about what they do. They care about getting the best results for their customers. They were always contactable to answer questions which was important when the installation was underway when an issue needed clarification. The attention to detail in the planning and followup was exceptional. The windows and doors are 'works of art' - not only do they function as high quality passive house additions, they also are the best part of the aesthetics of my renovation.

We had a very difficult and protracted build. Harley offered good advice during the build phase and his product is good. The icing on the cake was the after sales service. Whenever (and it's still happening 2 years later!) we discover issues with the builder's window and door installation, Harley is there to help resolve the problem.The product is solid, and I would consider Logikhaus as the preferred supplier of windows and doors for my next build.

Logikhaus make fantastic products. We are very happy with the doors and windows installed in our home. The thermally broken, triple glazing windows performs unbelievably well in winter.After sales service has also been amazing.

We replaced all the aluminium framed, non-thermally broken double-glazed windows and doors in our home with Logikhaus triple-glazed, thermally broken windows. Logikhaus worked with us in the ordering phase, and all the doors and windows arrived correctly sized and in good condition, packed on pallets in a container.Logikhaus technicians arrived after installation, checked and adjusted all the doors and windows, and replaced a damaged door seal. The house's thermal performance has markedly improved, which is very important as we are in a sub-alpine area.

We are very happy with our Logikhaus windows and doors. They are amazing quality and look amazing - we’ve had many visitors comment on them (we have timber inside and alu clad outside). The house is so much more comfortable due to the triple glazing.Harley and Jason were both super helpful in answering any question I had (and I had quite a few!).
