Walked in stress free relaxed walked out shaking and furious from the customer service" from a little old lady with glasses black hair she's been there ages they didn't give me the name so I couldn't file a report to the main offices. Accused me of something that didn't happen and then started yelling at me and saying take your paper work some where else worst feeling I've ever felt in my life couldn't believe what was happening I will never go to this hub again no wonder why they got security there now the staff keep starting fights...."

Poor Carmen at Sunshine Vic Roads must be new as her failure to do her job properly resulted in me being sent away withoit help to complete paperwork SHE ALREADY had. An absolute joke. A wasted two hours. Zero care. Zero compassion. Production line mentality at its finest.

Extremely poor parking facilities and queues a mile long. Bit of a joke considering other businesses are required to make adequate parking provisions for their customers.Why is it when your car is written off by insurance company you cannot lodge a registration refund via your online account.

I had a very pleasant experience with VicRoads Sunshine recently. I Just relocated from interstates and needed to transfer my registration and licence. I had a booking but only for registration and thought licence transfer was walk in as it is with most other states, which turned wrong! I explained that I needed my licence and if there was any cancellation so that they could get mine done. Staff negotiated and finally sorted it out!They very very helpful. Mario and Lao are amazing!Even one staff identified my background and greeted with me using few words from my mother tongue, which was really exciting for me :)Thanks Mario and Lao and Sunshine VicRoads

Upon Entering the facility the lady on the front desk was very helpful however once My number was called I was instantly made to feel uncomfortable and spoken to rudely, interrupted / cut off and dismissed. another lady to whom i’am guessing has English as her second language asked for help to which she was spoken to as if she were a child then as I turned to help her I was then given an eye roll. Absolutely disgusting

Went into vicroads for help and the customer service was really rude. I had all my papers prepared and shown it to them but they didn't look at it and told me they cannot help at all. Just utterly rude and disgusting and assumes I don't understand what they saying and insist to find a translator. Really upset and angry how I am being treated.

Big, clean and organised hub, good to complete forms about your car and trailer. The only thing is that in business hours parking is very limited in cbd Sunshine
