We have used Cliffs services twice now for 2 used car purchases, he is honesty a wealth of information & was so helpful when It came to the makes & models I was looking at.I honestly will never buy a used car without having him approve the purchase first.It can be a minefield buying a used car weather it be from a dealer or private, as your not ever really sure of a cars history or it’s problems!Just because they look nice & shiny doesn’t mean it’s a good car with good history!I cannot recommend Cliff enough & am so grateful for his, beyond customer service!

I recently contacted Cliff regarding the purchase of a pre-owned vehicle pre-purchase inspection after being referred to him by my trusted mechanic. Cliff is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He checked out the vehicle that I was planning to purchase promptly, contacted me that afternoon and took the time to explain his incredibly detailed report, what the vehicle required and also what was good about it. He provided many photos of the inspection and a video and also let me know about the test drive. After this I had absolute full confidence in purchasing the car and let the dealership know the couple of things that were needed prior to pickup. (They too also mentioned how professional he was). Purchasing a vehicle is a hard decision and in our case even harder considering we are interstate.My wife and I got in contact with Cliff to do a pre-purchase inspection on a car we were interested in. Cliff was fantastic. I was still on a holiday in Canada when I rang Cliff but organizing an inspection at a dealership with Cliff was not an issue at all and he quickly got the appointment locked in. Cliff came fully prepared and you can just tell he's a professional and he knows exactly what he's doing. Cliff even managed to find a small scratch on the car after the dealer's detail and also offered his advice on the error codes he found with his scanner. Dealer had to rescan and clear the code then polish the small scratch. Just goes to show he's got an excellent attention to detail in his work. Cliff's sent me short clips of some functions he tested on the vehicle and also detailed photos of the scanner, photos of the car's interior and exterior. He even checked the paint work of the vehicle meticulously. I've already recommended Cliff to many of my mates as well. I highly recommend Cliff if you're looking for a mechanic who goes above and beyond for their work. Thanks again for your help Cliff.
