Literally the worst customer service at the front desk. Incredibly rude and short, rolled her eyes at me when I struggled to get out my medicare card.The only reason they've been given 2 extra stars is because the sonographer was absolutely lovely and very sweet.

I went here for my X-ray and the staff had no manners the word please was non existence. The X-ray was done but the results took two days to come out yet the form indicated it was urgent. I will not be going there again.

This is a teaching facility, where my scan was carried out by a courteous student sonographer. I was provided with a thorough pelvic scan, experienced minimal discomfort. I would come here for any future scans.

Visited this center as I wanted to get radiology service done ASAP. Finding the place was easy. There's parking inside. At the reception I thought this place obliges only people who are good at speaking Cantonese or Mandarin. But the staff are good, well trained and radiologists are kind to their customers.

Worst experience. Never will return here. I went here for my early pregnancy scan and the sonographer was not competent as she couldn’t see anything and didn’t explain anything to me. Five minutes into the scan she called her supervisor to help her however the supervisor had bad attitude as she was eager to go home. She quickly had a look and sent me out the door saying I would get my results in a few days and raced to her car to leave. Never have I ever received such terrible service.
