Insane gym, very welcoming coaches and students.A range of beginners and also advanced guys gives a good mix for nice spaaring rounds and preparation for fights.Would recommend to anyone so good!

Jacob and the team at Rama1 provide a safe, fun and enjoyable environment to learn a fantastic martial art- Muay Thai.The coaches are very knowledgeable and genuinely care about each student's progression. You will get super fit and have heaps of fun training Muay Thai here!

The best Muay Thai fight gym in Melbourne by far! I have trained in the sport on and off for a good decade and Rama1 is incredible. It is the only fight gym in Melbourne (that I have experienced) that has a fight family feel (similar to my experience training in Thailand). The trainers are super technical and professional and the facility is state of the art. I train at the fight gym myself along with my 2 boys (7 and 8 years old). Highly recommend Rama1 for all ages and levels of experience!

Super friendly and non-intimidating environment to come in and train. Easy for beginners to come and feel confident as well as high quality coaching available for the more advanced fighter.Couldn't name a better place in Melbourne to try Muay Thai!

My daughter (7 years old) has been attending the kids class for the past 6 months.I'm really pleased with the instructors (Rohan & Jacob) and the class. She's improving from lesson to lesson, gains self confidence and gets stronger.The teaching is professional and seems to be of high quality.Highly recommended!
