Catnook Cattery Luxury Boutique Rural Accommodation for Cats

Our kitten Larry has stayed here twice, once for two nights and the other time for two weeks. Larry is a very active cat and Anita was great in providing lots of toys and entertainment to keep him busy! He was well groomed and the facilities were very clean. We will definitely use again for our next holiday.

Anita and Catnook Cattery are wonderful with caring for my cat Misty. In Winter the fire is going and Anita brushes Misty regularly. I leave her there and know she will be well cared for. I will happily leave her there next year again when I go on holidays.

We feel very comfortable leaving our cats here with Anita. The facilities are clean, warm and the play area is filled with fun toys which I’m sure our younger cat in particular enjoyed as she is very active. Both our cats were fine when we picked them up recently and settled easily back home. They have plenty of room to hang out during the day with a little outside enclosure to get their fill of bird watching and outside smells (very important!). Catnook is incredible, we wouldn’t take our Toby anywhere else ! Anita’s kind and caring nature reassured us when leaving our cat. The cattery itself has fantastic facilities and toys to keep the cats engaged with options for outdoor play time! Was recommended to Catnook by a former cattery owner who advised of high standards of care when asking for a recommendation.Was reassured when dropping off our 10 year old cat that she would have the best of care and facilities and Anita did not disappoint.The airconditioning was an essential requirement over hot Xmas period as was strict adherence to vaccinations.After a 3 week stay City was healthy and happy and well adjusted when we picked her up. The extra pats and care made a difference.Would recommend and use again . Thanks for looking after out precious member of the family so well.

Thank you so much Anita for taking wonderful care of our 2 cats Panda & Kitty over the past 7 days. This was their first stay at a cattery, and at Catnook they were so well fed, groomed and cared for by Anita. The facilities are amazingly spotless, comforting and warm, and the 'hotel suites' are also very spacious and clean.It's very reassuring to now know that we can plan a family holiday in the future without stressing about the cats, as we know they will be so well looked after at Catnook... When picking up our two cats from Catnook we were both amazed to see that they were quite settled, feeling very comfortable with the surroundings as they are timid/scaredy-cats. This is the first time that one has been into a Cattery and the other had only been once, 5 years previous. After bringing them home they settled within 2 hours as we did drive 1 hour before they got home. We previously have had people stay in our house but they were still freaked out with the different people we tried.We would definitely go back.Thank you so much Anita for all you did.

We have boarded our two cats, Ted and Belle, with Anita from Catnook Cattery on several occasions now. Catnook Cattery has outstanding facilities which are only topped by the amazing care that is provided by Anita and her staff. The facilities are exceptionally clean and our cats find the environment very relaxing. Anita and her staff are highly professional and have always been very happy to meet the dietary requirements of our cats. It is great to know that I can leave my cats at Catnook Cattery in the care of Anita and not have to worry about them when we are away from home. Maisy and Pippa stayed at Catnook for 4 weeks this time. Thank you again for looking after my girls. I miss them like crazy when we go away but know that they are well cared for.
