be very care-fall buying food from hot box got bacon and egg burger only thing eaten all day 2 hours later a full 24 hours with bad food poisoning never again will i step foot into that disgusting place....so just had a response below and they don't know how to read my complaint had nothing to do with their fuel prices which I did not purchase it was about FOOD POISONING from your hot box!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting. Toilets are gross. Couldn't get anything off the menu apart from burgers. Won't be returning that's for sure.

Fuel pump ridiculously slow. pump didn’t have an automatic switch off for when tank was full and I unfortunately didn’t notice it was overflowing, probably a good couple dollars wasted. told the staff member behind the counter and was told “I’ll inform the technician” . not offered any compensation ?

Have been calling in since it opened in the early seventies but in the last few years each time I have called in it has just gone downhill. Main door off toilets, which needed a good clean, very little food in hotbox snd the whole place looked grotty. Last visit ever.

I’m truck driver.I did stop over night at this place for first time and I had big burger for my dinner.I never had like that burger before.Was tasty and soft and very yummy.Thanks for that offer.

Not a well looked after service station. Very run down. Not the best service at the time I went. Not very friendly. Was great when it was a full on road house with indoor seating. And Good food. Cheaper fuel I guess is why it still exists.Update : 10/10/2022I saw your very standard send to everyone response. I really hope this service station steps up and makes this place nice and good as it use to be. I would love to see this place prosper and have great food. Place to eat thats clean. Clean restrooms. I believe in Good customer service.

I have always stopped here for a feed and a break on my travells. new owners couldnt make us anything had to choose from hot box. couldnt make a sandwhich. overpriced food left for hours in the bain marie. toilets both male and female discusting and grotty. no hand wash but have to follow covid rules. grubby hand prints all over glass doors like they never been cleaned. Time to find another stop ☹
