Just walked out of this store and customer service is a zero! Bought a few blu-ray DVDs, went to counter and said Good Morning - attendant took DVDs out of my hand and proceeded to get the disks. When she came back I asked if she had heard me greet her and her response was oh im like in a trance good morning" with the most disgusting attitude! Honey

I went in there earlier in the day to buy a game and they could not find the disc, the tall woman in there was very unpleasant and rude I asked if I could just leave my number if the disc turns up and she just said ‘oh no we don’t do that it’ll turn up when it turns up’ she should not be serving customers with that attitude. But I click and collected the same game almost straight after and it shown up immediately. Every other employee was nice and shown great positivity to every other customer

Never buy here! I bought a gift for Christmas that cost me $50, found out the disk is badly damaged and won't play, I don't have the receipt anymore as it is a Christmas present for somebody else, I have tried everything to contact store. It is impossible to contact without going in store, you call and it tells you to go to Facebook or the website to contact customer care but there's no where to contact on the website or Facebook.
