Excellent calamari - was fresh and a generous portion. Only a small area for seating, but the Harbourside park and jetty are only a couple minutes walk away.

Have had great experiences prior. Not so this time. Phone order with a 45 min wait. Was happy with that. When I went to collect I was told “they’re just bundling them now”. 15 mins later I got my order. Chips stone cold, calamari stone cold and rock hard. Fish was hot - yay! Was sooo looking forward to the food, and so disappointed it. Shame it’s been hit and miss.

Got some takeaway food here!The 3 fish pack is three good size pieces of fish and decent chips. Enough for my kids!I got the delicious miso salmon and salad! Amazing food! So delicious! Would really recommend. The service wasn’t amazing, the lady answered the phone and said can you hold? Then forgot about me. They were very busy. Took about 40 minutes for my order, but I did ask and didn’t just wait around. Would for sure go here again just be prepared for a long wait

Loved the local kingfish (we had this grilled), it was sweet and grilled well. The crumbed dory was delightful, and you could still taste the fish under the crumb (which was really nice). The chips are very crunchy and tasty, but too salty for me (maybe ask for less or no salt on the chips), and the hand crumbed calamari was sensational.We managed to drive back to our accommodation in Korora and paired with some nice beers for a chilled out dinner.

Service is quick the food came out fast. A wide range of drinks and selection on the menu. The battered fish is delicious! Can't fault it. There's a few seats outside so you can dine in.

Great batter on the Barramundi. Prawn cutlets crumbed and real thick meat. Chips were cooked really well and traditional potato scallop had a good crunch.

Lived up to its reputation for being the best fish n chip shop.Family pack is huge, fresh, delicious and down right amazing.It's expensive (esp with public holiday surcharge) but it was worth it.

Proper gross. That kind of fish and chips where you know the oil doesn't get changed very often. The four of us felt sick after a few pieces of fish, scallop and two or three chips. And the staff were rude. The girl who served us didn't say a word at all ( we didn't mind until the food sucked) and the woman who bought the food out just shouted our number. The shop looked nice but a tad unhygienic, could use a good clean. Oh and the entire meal is just sitting in our fridge because nobody wants to throw out $70.

BEST...Chips in town!! Amazing value. Tasty, crunchy....warning! you wont stop when yr full bc the next one looks even better than the last!
