Baptcare Wattle Grove Community

I would like to thank all the great people at Wattle Grove Community Age Care starting with Nishant Desai, Staff, Nurses and the Carers who are all doing an absolute fantastic job in looking after our loved ones during these very challenging times. I know l probably annoy them at times, but they are only to accomodating to do whatever they can to make our time as best as they possibly can to still see our loved ones in the most safest possible manner (Face Time and/or Window Visit) and by providing constant updates on any changes that may occur. Just prior to writing this review l just spoke to my beautiful Mum on Face Time, although l would have loved to of been there in person, l was very happy to see that my Mum was happy and looking great. It is quite evident that my Mum is been looked after brilliantly. Would highly recommend Wattle Grove Community to anyone looking for Respite and/or Permanent Care.

This is very nasty work place I have seen in my life.so many police each others .Nursing unit manager is supporting one group .dont send your mother or father.Some staff member is not treating well their cclients

Staff were really helpfull my nan lives there in independent living she had a bad fall and staff were straight onto it and called for a ambulance service to get my nan looked after ASAP THANK TO ALL THE STAFF MY NAN IS NOW SAFE AND HOME AGAIN

Caring helpful staff, even in the middle of the current Victorian lockdown they were very welcoming and I was able to visit my Stepfather with advanced Alzheimer's.

The ReceptionistI just want to mention, the receptionist has no people stills, very rude, when you come into buildingNeed training in speaking with people. Need to pass this message to management.

Partners uncle is there, he's been there for the last couple years. He is challenging at times, but they are very accommodating and very patient. The staff are all very friendly, would highly recommend. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I'm too young to live there.

Mother in law is a resident and says that the staff are wonderful and food is excellent. Facilities are very good with lots to do for the residents.

Very clean and well managed aged care
