Tarneit Discount Drug Store

I went there in urgent for my blood pressure check up and they refused and said me machine is not working...They have plenty blood pressure check up machine in pharmacy..very disappointed for this redicoulous behaviour

I would have given 0 star if I had the option to do so. Me and my friend went to get the stat dec signed and the Indian girl working told us that it will be one hour waiting. We waited one hour and went back again, told us that it will take 20 minutes more. Atleast think about others its just the signature not a big deal. The girl was very rude and should be sitting home if she cant deal with customers.

Went twice trying to get certified copies for some documents. First time I didn’t have the copies with me only originals, second time I was rudely turned away with the excuse that they were too many for the pharmacist to sign.. what a waste of time

Handed in my e-script with the older male pharmacist, he said come back in ten minutes. I came back in fifteen, stood waiting for another five, then he asked my name again. I told him and he shuffled papers behind the counter for a while. Then a younger female pharmacist came over and asked my name. She then shuffled papers for a while before saying that they didn't have my script. I provided the e-script again, waited for five minutes, then the female pharmacist told me they were out of my drugs.All in all, thirty minutes waiting just to be told they didn't have my drugs in stock. What an absolute waste of my time.

The pharmacy is well-organized, maintained and very reasonably priced. It exudes a clean and welcoming environment, making it a comfortable place to shop and seek advice. The layout is user-friendly, making it easy to locate products, and the checkout process is efficient, saving me time during my visits.The staff at pharmacy were quite friendly and accommodating. From helping me find the right over-the-counter medication to providing detailed information about various drugs, they exhibited a genuine commitment to customer care.

I had so much trouble trying to get the right proscription from my clinic and I was so desperate. but the owner here was really helpful and understanding and tried to make everything easier. Thank you so much

I'm absolutely disgusted with the service at this chemist.Put prescription in and told it would be 10-15 min. I said I would go shopping which took 45min. Arrived back at the shop and there were at least 6 people waiting for scripts, waited another 15 minutes before someone came to the counter.I walked out after having to wait over an hour.Everyone I spoke to said that the service it atrocious and nothing is being done about. Yes I know you have busy and quite times but please pick your game up. If things do not improve I WILLbe going somewhere else where staff are courteous and and know what they are doing.
