I only go here because of Bea. She has to be the most exceptional beautician I've ever encountered. My daughter will ONLY see Bea as she had a bad experience with an eyebrow wax a few years ago so was really unsure and frightened to go back there. Now my daughter goes back there a little too often.. but I get it, Bea made her feel comfortable and took things slowly, explained what she was doing and took precautions. Bea has a system and sticks to it. She's methodical and practiced and really knows her stuff. Yep, Bea is the BEST!

One year ago I went to Melissa at Nirvana Beauty Miranda for my lip filler. She was so informative and made me feel very comfortable for my first time. She did such an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier. Yesterday I went again and have nothing but good things to say! Melissa is so sweet and did another amazing job and I felt zero pain throughout the treatment. Highly recommend Mel if you are planning to get cosmetic injections.

Nirvana Beauty at Miranda is my happy place! The staff are lovely, the salon is lovely and my beauty therapist Nicole is an absolute magician. She is attentive to any concerns that I have, recommends fantastic treatments and always follows up to make sure I’m happy. I can’t recommend the salon enough, the service is impeccable and the results are even better!

I went to Nirvana Beauty Eastgardens to use my prepaid treatments. I was abit reluctant after the new ownership and management change. But it is absolutely great, what a massive improvement!!! I had a New York Facial, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The store was so clean, it was great value for money and I got AMAZING results. I will definitely be going back and recommend this clinic to absolutely anyone! I 100% trust Nirvana Beauty Eastgardens to help me look after my skin and get the results I want.

I have received 7 separate spam texts from this company.I have never even been to Miranda, let alone this clinic.Each text I have received I have replied with their “opt out” option. They then send another.I have even called the store three times to ask them to take me off of their mailing list.The first time the receptionist told me she was taking me off the list as we were speaking.The next time I called a different woman answered. She said they couldn’t actually do that in store and that she would pass the message on to the marketing team at their head office.The third time they said they’d absolutely make sure they’d pass it on to the marketing team to take me off.Yet I am still receiving message after message. I wouldn’t have minded if it was once or twice but they said multiple times they’d take me off, I even replied to opt out, and I’m hearing different stories from different people that work there.Please stop spamming people and respect their privacy.

Melissa is an excellent aesthetic RN. She listens to what you think & offers excellent advice & recommendations. As an injector she is excellent. No pain at all. I can highly recommend Melissa.The girls that work there however need a course in manners. On multiple occasions I have experienced them to be rude &with an attitude of superiority.Is worth tolerating their behaviour to see Melissa if you want a good aesthetic RN

I was recommended to Nurse Jaci from a friend who had previously seen her.I booked an appointment with Jaci for lip filler 2 weeks ago and couldn’t recommend her enough! She made the whole experience so comfortable and enjoyable - the results speak for them-self. I have had so many compliments, they look so natural and lush! Couldn’t be happier!
