I've seen Michelle for years and she always get me back on the field and in the gym pain free with her subtle yet effective treatment in next to no-time!She also provides a detailed explanation of the cause of the pain and injuries along with appropriate rehabilitation exercises to complete at home.Would be lost without her and definitely would not have the mobility or be able to do as much as I do in my life.

The best Physio I've been to. Josh always gets me back to feeling 100% very quickly and takes time to explain the best exercises to do to help with the recovery process. Highly recommended.

I have been seeing Michelle at Flow Physio for the last couple of weeks and I couldn't have been happier! Michelle really takes the time to get to know your past history related to injuries and comes up with a holistic recovery and training plan. I originally went to her for the rotator cuff injury but she also managed to find out that I have a TMJ issue and she was able to fix that as well. She is very good at explaining exercises and the benefits that the exercises will provide. I also found her to be a really kind and caring person who genuinely cares about her clients' recovery and wellbeing. Overall I would highly recommend Flow Physio!

I saw Josh for the first time today and he was amazing. He took the time to listen to my needs, treated me accordingly and even though my injuries are permanent. he emailed me an exercise plan to improve my shoulder and neck strength so that I would require treatment less often in the future. I felt very comfortable with Josh, he was easy to talk to and I am happy with the service he provided.Flow physio accepts medicare (up to $50 per visit) under a care plan from your GP for the first 5 visits.The waiting area is very quaint with a natural, calming interior.They are conveniently located near the 338. 339, X39 and X40 bus stop.

At Flow Physio I have been made to feel very welcome and I could not have asked for better care. I will not use any other physiotherapy service and would recommend to any one who asks me. I have been coming here for about 6 months and have been treated with a combination of physio therapy - Joshua (rehab physio) and Michelle (rehab pilates). It’s been a game changer for my back and I’m able to go back to my daily routine since having my son. Cannot thank them enough:)

Josh and Michelle are amazing! This is the first time that physiotherapy helped me! My lower back and some other problematic muscles are happy!! You feel really welcomed and is unbelievable the knowledge that they both have! Thanks guys;)

The team at Flow have been great. I've seen many physios over the past decade for my back, and Michelle got the quickest results of anyone I've seen. Highly recommend.

I've been to see Andrea on and off over the years as she came extremely highly recommended to me and I have found her just brilliant (unlike many other physios I have been to, who don't do much at all and either leave you alone to do exercises or expect you to come back for months on end without much improvement). She is very effective at diagnosing a problem and then treating it efficiently and throughly, with the aim to get you back to full health ASAP. I thought I broke my wrist once due to the pain but I actually just injured it and she correctly diagnosed it, put it in a brace and treated it properly and it healed within weeks. I can't recommend her highly enough.

I have been to Andrea on several occasions, firstly for knee strain due to running and more recently for neck and back pain from carrying a toddler around. Andrea is knowledgeable, listens to concerns and her methods are effective. I highly recommend her and her team.
