Joseph just completed my bathroom renovation and did an outstanding job. Everything is done to the highest standards and he is very responsive. I am always comfortable discussing any concerns that I had with him and he did everything that he could possibly do to keep us happy. After noticing a leaking shower I wanted to avoid a temporary fix and renovate the entire bathroom. I contacted several companies from around Sydney. Most were very dismissive and would not even come to quote the job.This was not the case with Joseph , who was the second contractor I contacted. I found from the beginning he was very easy to talk to, not pushy at all and told me he could start almost immediately. After he came to quote the job, he had some great ideas for the bathroom and gave some good advice. His quote was also very reasonable. I gave him the go ahead and he started right away. The job was completed within the two week schedule as promised and he was very clean and tidy. He used quality materials and kept me updated as the project was bring completed. Joseph was easy to reach on the phone and always answered or got back to me promptly. I would have no problem recommending Joseph to anyone looking for a great quality bathroom renovation. Hired amazing bathroom makeover to renovate our bathroom.We could not be happier with our results. Joseph was honest and very approachable. Communication was clear throughout the whole process and as issues arose joseph was available and more than willing to support with finding solutions. The team renovated our main bathroom and master ensuite in Oct/Nov 2022. They were all professional throughout the whole process, doing what they could to meet any extra requests we made. Joseph is an absolute professional, his approach to the design phase was just want we needed, he provided practical input that we needed and wasn't pushy with his ideas about the aesthetics (but did have some amazing ideas that we did appreciate). He was always very quick to respond to our questions via email or phone. Joseph and his team were very accommodating working around our family needs and other tradespeople working around our house.Joseph was fantastic in overcoming unexpected issues that came up during the project without complaint or frustration (including our changes of mind or adding an extra niche in). We needed to update a bathroom to make it safer for my 92 year old mother. Her bathroom had an old bathtub/shower combo and it just wasn't safe for her to be getting in and out of the tub for a shower. I asked for a quote from the team at Amazing Bathroom Makeovers and Joseph came over to see what we needed and came back with a quote that was very detailed and competitively priced. Very happy with the way Joseph and his team went about this job and the end results are fantastic. We have a much safer bathroom for my mother to use and it now has enough space to allow for additional support from family and caregivers when she needs it. As most people who have experienced a home renovation know, the hardest part of the project is chasing quotes and finding a reputable contractor. You have no guarantee of how your bathroom, kitchen or laundry will turn out until it is completed, unless you happen to know the contractor's ethics and quality of work.Our project was a long awaited bathroom renovation and we went through the usual array of quotes which varied between reasonable to ridiculously expensive. Looking for quality work and a happy ending, we were skeptical of the persons calling to quote the job and very much aware of their body language and level of experience as depicted by their communication skills. When Joseph called we discussed the project and by the end of our discussion, during which he explained a lot of detail contrary to previous callers, both my wife and I had no doubt that this was the contractor we were going to engage.The quote was not the cheapest but somewhere midway, but we felt at ease with trusting Joseph with the job. During the term of the work we noticed that Joseph was meticulous and precise with his work techniques and happy to discuss, explain and make alterations to keep us a happy customer.Joseph is a soft spoken person, polite and understanding and does not seem to get stressed with anything. He is very methodical and quite rigid with the terms of agreement. However, he is quite receptive to renegotiate any adjustments a customer might want to make during the process.Luckily, our choice of contractor was 100% right as we now have a beautiful modern bathroom. We can vouch that Joseph's work, be it preparation, plumbing, waterproofing, painting and all the other tasks that are hidden behind the beautifully finished tiles are all quality work. Joseph is multi skilled and without doubt a Master craftsman as he checks and ensures that every millimeter of the work area has been executed thoroughly. At this point I must also mention Michael, the tiler who is also a master of his trade and has done a magnificent job with the wall and floor tile finishing.We were lucky to come across Amazing Bathrooms who excel in their makeovers. After reading the reviews on Amazing Bathroom Makeovers I decided to call Joseph for a quote on the Ensuite.Well, it was the best decision to have him complete the Ensuite.Joseph is very particular with his work and is on site to make sure everything runs smoothly with other tradesman.I cannot fault his workmanship and would have no hesitation in recommending Joseph 100%.He kept me up to date with everything that was happening, is trustworthy. I could go on and on but I'm so happy with the completed work, he will now be renovating my next two bathrooms as well as hall cupboards.

Joseph and his team did an amazing job with our bathroom renovation! We are delighted with the result and the whole process was made easy by Joseph.He was so easy to work with, always responsive, provided detailed updates and got the job done as scheduled and with great attention to detail.Joseph even assisted us with our strata application and drew plans so that major plumbing work was not necessary. Joseph managed the installation of my new bathroom perfectly. I had just had the floor sanded and varnished prior to moving in to the property and he protected the floor during the bathroom renovation by using a floating floor method cut to size. This worked really well leaving the floor undamaged. The bathroom itself is exactly as I wanted it so thank you to Joseph and his team. The tiling couldn't be better and the placement of the bathroom fittings shows attention to detail. All in all a very professional job.
