Fil and the entire team at TECH SEEK have made running our business and day to day operations so much easier. As a small business it isn't financially viable for us to have an in-house IT team. We have been using Tech Seek for just over a year now and the experience for us has been amazing. I have worked with other IT companies in the past within my HR Consulting business and I have never been able to find a company or solution that can deliver and is not totally painful to deal with.First time I went with someone small, and they were useless being a two-man band. To top it off they were frustrating to deal with. The next time I went with a bigger provider and unfortunately, we were treated like a number and the support team were rude and took 48 hours to get back to us. I've been using TechSeek for both my personal and business IT needs now for over two years and I have nothing but great things to say about Fil and his team. The team is always quick to help whenever I have an issue with my hardware and Fil is so knowledgeable on an array of tech issues.
