This is how we choose our new home:After viewing approx 30 identical homes with various degrees of professionalism of the realtors I decided on our new forever home because the real estate agent walked to his car to get me a pen!I didn’t decide on cost. I didn’t decide on location. I didn’t decide because the house met my needs. No, the agent walked to his car and fulfilled my immediate needs by getting me a pen!Other agents, when asked questions replied “It is all online”, “I don’t know I am filling in for the main agent”, “Call on Monday and speak to someone”, “I will check it out and call you back”. Not Brendan, he found out immediately about the gas connection and other queries he checked out properly. He offered honest, decent and clear comments about the property. He agreed to an out of scheduled viewing time visit for us. Brenden spoke to my daughter, her boyfriend and ourselves with respect and without deflecting any questions.Within 30 minutes of meeting Brendan we made an offer. It is a pleasure to meet and deal with him. He could have sold us the Harbour Bridge if he had tried.
