Total Commercial Equipment

Been 16 months now since i purchased 5 small 2 medium 2 large extractor washers 2 stackable driers change machine & a soap dispenser from this company. Phil was extremely helpfull in every aspect - even getting all the equipment from adelaide to queensland was no trouble. The only problem I've had with my machines has been customer inflicted but help with parts/service people in qld/or knowledge on how to fix small problems ourselves has been voluntarily forthcoming. Always receive compliments from my customers on the great machines - 100% recommend Total Commercial Equipment to prospective purchasers of commercial laundry equipment. Staff are excellent & friendly!

We needed to replace ageing coin operated commercial Speed Queen washing machines in the Caravan Park with Speed Queen again but they told me Lavermac washing machines would be a better option for us. I don't remember the advantages he spruiked of now, but regrettably I took his word and agreed to buy them.Worst thing I have ever bought in my life. Unreliable, kept breaking down, out of action for many weeks on end whilst parts were sourced. Keep in mind I'm talking about brand new washing machines that are over $2000 each. In the end with the machines not working I couldn't even get the owner to return my calls. Total frustration... Total disappointment... Total waste of Time and Money

This is our first time going into the laundromat business and we couldn't have done without the help of Jason - Total's Victorian rep. He went above and beyond to ensure that every stage went to plan, from the planning to the installation and now that we are up and running he hasn't deserted us.... he is always available to assist with support, guidance and advice. And we must also mention that we are very pleased with the quality of Total Commercial Equipment's washers, dryers and commercial ironing board. All high quality, ordered and received as promised. TCE have made our introduction into the new world of laundromat's a very smooth one. Thank you TCE and especially thank-you Jason!

Jason-VIC and Jayden-SA have been more than helpful with all areas of our last laundromat install.coordinated every thing from start to finish nicely. Followed up on getting buisness up and running and not just hanging around until machines were paid for as I’m sure some of you would have dealt with at some stage.if I start up another laundromat I would certainly be contacting them first, apart from very competitive pricing,support on site and over the phone in what I have experienced has been second to none.if your looking to start up a laundromat do yourself a favour and speak to Jason and the team for there services. Jason was great with installation of my new ironing station. Despite having issues with the courier the customer service and follow up has been great. Will definitely use this company again. Great work 5 star.

LET THE BUYER BE AWARE!!!!. This company's customer service in Adelaide is far from customer friendly. They do not accept returns for spare parts and advise that the only deal they are willing to make is to give you a credit minus the re-stocking fee WHEN AND ONLY WHEN you are willing to buy a new expensive commercial product from them!!In other words they hold you to ransom unless they get what they want!! I will definitely never buy from Total Commercial again and I advise all those out there, if you buy spare parts from this company and for whatever reason they are not suitable, Total Commercial's return's policy is TOUGH LUCK unless you COUGH UP, which in my situation means buying a new commercial washing machine.!!!

Shocking service and incompetent tech's who have no idea what they are doing. But they make sure they bill you and you pay them before they will even look at a broken machine, I guess that in itself is a warning sign. Then when you ring and email regarding problems they ignore you. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere there would have to be somebody better in Adelaide to fix commercial equipment (not hard to be better than this lot)

Ryan has gone out of his way to help me get equipment needed for my business and helps get problems sorted. Could not ask for better service as due to coviy ive upgraded my Laundromat in stages and hes never had a problem with me ordering in stages. I look forward to a long business relationship with him.

Do not use this company! I have paid upfront to get a commercial glasswasher repaired. Many $$$ 1 new pump , 3 call outs numerous phone calls later, I have to pay another company out to fix it as they are refusing. Totally unprofessional
