Counter staff allow people to pack & address parcels at the front counter for 15 minutes, while there are 10 people in line waiting to be served. Unmotivated, slow staff.

Staff are lazy and unmotivated. They have no idea what customer service is. Don't bother. Go somewhere else.

Sehr motivierte und freundliche Verkäuferin. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und gut beraten.Da wir unser Paket nach Deutschland schicken wollten und kein Klebeband hatten (brauch man als Tourist auch sonst nie), wurde uns das Paket auch noch Reisefertig verklebt.+ Toller Service+ Sehr freundlich+ Sehr kompetente Beratung+ Saubere Filiale

We have been using The Church Street Post Office for years and have always found staff helpful at all times. However, the service has gone to a higher level and staff are very personable and extremely patient in spite of being so busy . Their Christmas displays are beautiful. Obviously , we purchased Father Christmas and Rudolph which are very tall and are magical when lit up electrically. The staff ensured each item was working and boxed safely.
