I noticed that the person who recommended works as the company's Assistant Director. I am not sure how many people were trapped like this.Many people complained about the builder to FT; the office is closed, but still his licence has been renewed recently; the builder and the agent are out there; beware. Due your due diligence before considering the agent recommendation.
