It is sad that I have to give Noble Home builders 2 stars, but that is all they deserve. Although the product is good, it’s not worth the heart ache, Also don’t be misled when they say wall installation, you can hear a whisper from room to room.From the initial contact, to not having anything to do with them, thank God, it’s been a struggle. From the length of time, any excuse goes, to the non communication.If you don’t have them finish your fencing and landscaping you will pay for it with the poor external handover, and yes they are always in the right, and still no back fence going on to nearly 4 years.If you want an email response make sure that it’s going to be for their benefit.Also getting rude messages sent to the wrong person is common.My experience worth sharing.

I got the house and land package from Noble and that too at a very reasonable price. The staff were very friendly and responsive from the very beginning. The house was handed over in a reasonable time despite the issues in the construction industry and I am very satisfied with the build quality. Highly recommended.

As first home builders/buyers we were a little nervous of the process of building a home, but working with Noble Home Builders the assistance and guidance was second to none. Our build was well managed during the entire process and we were kept up to date and informed during the different stages of construction. The communication between all those involved from Noble was timely, polite and all questions were answered no matter how big or small.
