Pretty place to have a bit of a dip but because of the high water rise we couldn't rock hop" to cross the gorge so couldn't hike or walk anywhere."

Didn't go all the way to the gorge. The short walk to the stream was nice there are plenty of other national parks on the east coast which are better

Worth the drive from Bicheno when you want a break from the beachCan hike along the river with multiple swimming points.Was fairly quiet despite it being a hot sunny day.Dirt road, but no real issues with clearance etc

Great walk/hike. Wasnt spoken about much when it comes to all the nat'l parks in Tasmania, but it ended up being one of our favorites

This is the best walk so far in Australia!! If you like a bit of change on the walk track, this involves some basic rock climbing! The walk on the river can be done only when it's dry!! Highly recommended!

Highly recommend the walk. The trail is a little boring, with limited views, but the trek back bouldering along the river is exceptional. Lots of pools to dip in, but there are a few challenging sections, so be prepared for that!
