Ordered online at 5:05pm for a pickup at 5:30pm. arrived at 5:40 assuming it would be ready. was told to wait another 30mins for the chicken to just only then to be cooked. eventually got my food at 6:15 a whole hour after ordering ahead of time.

Apart from the long wait for the chicken, my last visit to Nando's chermside was great. The chicken was juicy, tender, perfectly cooked and warm. Got corn and spicy rice for the sides which made a perfect pair for the chicken. Service from Shawn was amazing.

Food was nice but service has been a let down lately as our orders had been 5-20 mins behind schedule. Understand that it could be busy sometimes but your customers should not be suffering because of this.

Nando's Chermside had the worst food quality. All cold and uncooked. It was busy and which is why they compromised the quality. Never recommend. Nando's sunshine coast is the best

I’m disappointed with the service I received from Nando's (Chermside). I placed an order through the Nando's app and waited for over 45 minutes for my food to arrive. Despite the app telling me that the driver was only 5 minutes away, I never received my food. Instead, I received a message stating that my order had been cancelled, and was advised to contact the store.I tried to contact the store multiple times but was unable to reach anyone. This forced me to physically go to the store to inquire about my order. Upon arrival, the staff informed me that they were unable to do anything to help me, despite me not receiving my food or any refund. They suggested that I contact DoorDash, despite the fact that I had ordered directly through the Nando's app. The manager did not even speak to me directly, likely due to the busyness of the restaurant.As a loyal customer of Nando's for seven years, I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received. It is unacceptable to cancel my order without any explanation or compensation, and to not offer any form of resolution.I hope that Nando's takes this issue seriously and takes steps to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.

The taste at Nandos never disappoints. Ordered two whole chickens and two large chips on the side and it was more than enough to feed 3 people. Good value as well.Service was definitely a bit of an unusual one though, customers are encouraged to pay through the online menu and when you decide to pay at the counter it feels like you are hassling them. Weird encounter - staff are not very approachable it seems.

Me and my girl used to love come here… but today it’s really disappointing. It happened last time as well but we let it go, however, we’re served raw chicken again.And Nothing was hot except chips. And no greetings and staff were busy on their phone and had to collect cutlery by ourselves and all. Never coming back again!

I'm consistently getting cold food from these guys and they ignore my msgs. Yesterday I had the pleasure of food rocking up VERY cold and VERY undercooked. Had to throw out the chicken and it was after I had already bit into the pinkness. Overpriced and bad quality food. You can see the condensation on the box from it taking so long to be delivered as well. It said it was ready at 850 and didn't get to my place until after 930. So it sat there for at least 40mins at room temperature.....
