Dave is awesome - I started to hear a knock noise - dropped it in he took it for a drive and we agreed the issue - he ordered parts and we booked the car in the the following week - dropped it in at 7:30 and it was ready in a few hours. I refuse to go anywhere else now - have been going to Ultra Tune at Dural for 5 years now, multiple cars - best service

Dave and his team are incredible, they are quick to service my car, and are super honest with what needs to be done to make it road worthy. Have been going to them for year's now and have recommended them to my friends and family.

I do not recommend this place for a rego check. The person in the office was very unfriendly, abrupt and condescending. Could it be because I’m female? Is that why he was condescending when he told me what needed fixing? I felt very uncomfortable there and once I had my car fixed somewhere else I did not take it back to Ultra Tune Dural for the final rego check. I rather pay for another rego check by someone else just so I don’t have to deal with him again. Also, who these days insist on rego papers to do a rego check? It is all online now and no one has ever asked me for rego papers for the past few years. In fact they don’t want them but Ultra Tune Dural apparently needs them or they won’t be able to do the rego check.

Dave and the team are simply awesome, upfront and honest with pricing yet very informative with what NEEDS to be done on the vehicle. Can not recommend highly enough. Keep up the good work fellas.

Replaced alternator for me after I'd broken down over the weekend. Dave was very helpful and lovely person to deal with. Highly recommend! Very prompt with getting back to me. Went above and beyond, even buffed up my yellowing headlights!

Ultra tune Dural were fantastic from start to finish. They were able to provide a hire car which was a saving grace, and not something that is offered a lot else where. The communication was extremely open and the quality of service was outstanding. I will definitely be returning to them for my future services!
