Shelly Headland Upper Lookout
Really nice lookout! Can get up easily in 5-10 minutes from Shelly Beach (which is a cool little area itself). Just requires a bit of uphill walking, but I was able to manage fine in flip flops.Beautiful views of Manly from here, and of course you can also turn around and look out on the Pacific Ocean. It wasn't very busy - while there are quite a few tourists in Manly, I don't think many know of this spot.Would highly recommend making this a stop when you explore Manly and the North Head. And I'm sure at certain times of the year you can see whales from this lookout - unfortunately we weren't here at the right time...

Shelly Headland Upper Lookout
This place is much more beautiful than the actual beach itself. Quieter and gives a breathtaking view of the sea and waves. This is just beside the car parking space. There are multiple spots to sit down (or stand) and enjoy the scenic beauty.Checkout my photos to see who we spotted there.

Shelly Headland Upper Lookout
One of my favourite spots to sit and enjoy the view over the Northern Beaches all the way up to Palm Beach. Incredible views over Shelly Beach, Fairy Bower, Manly and the Pacific. Only a 5 minute walk up the path from the Shelly Beach car park. Great lookout point for sunrise or sunset. Parking is expensive at $12/hr. Many vantage points you can get to. Great place to fly a drone

fun little tunnel to explore.a few bush turkeys and scrub mullets getting around. excellent rock fishing and abalone diving.fun fact \\ r d laing believed the earth mother has melted your shoes together in a nuclear sound vault. remember to let the universe into your house. let it eat your food, vacuum under the couch, clean your yard. it is a nice universe, don’t misunderstand it’s intentions. relax and be level. let the light attack your doubt. lend the universe the car on weekends to take the kids to AFL and give yourself a break

Loved it! It is closed to Shelly beach, has amazing view over pacific. Climb the rock to have a better view of ocean, beach and city! Highly recommended.

Shelly Headland Upper Lookout
There are lot of ways to reach manly but the best one is to use the ferry as it offers you some amazing views of Watson’s bay & Sydney CBD. Manly is a big area and it depends on how you want to see it there are lots of hidden spots. If you are into views & beachside then try the Manly to Watson’s bay walk which should come to around 26KM, but offers amazing views.

The view from the top is really beautiful. A small walk from the shelly beach and you would be able to see the entire Tasmania sea. And if you're lucky you might see a rainbow as well as we did.

Shelly Headland Upper Lookout
Worth the hike to the top to the lookout! Checkout the views of the Northern Beaches!! The hike is great and short but can be extremely hot so bring water.
