The only place to go for your gunpla needs, they have fantastic prices, postage time is fast and the customer service is second to none. I love the postcard with a personal message. I highly recommend Canberra Hobby Centre to anyone, you will no be disapointed.This is the first place I go to for all my gundam needs, I will be buying many more from them.Thanks guys for a great experience, and keep up the great work, you have one very happy customer here. Love the customer service, and the little card they put in each order with personal message and the sticker is so cute and really showed they care.They ship super fast, both my shipment were shipped on the day and received the next day.The price is pretty good, and the range of products they carry is really big, especially in relations to tools, and some rare ones.One thing though, I really wish they ship Gundam kits with carboard box instead of just bubble wrap it with satchel bags. The two RG boxes I received today were both damaged.I guess most people will be fine, but for someone like me who cares about the box condition a lot, this does hesitate me from order more kits, especially the expensive ones.Despite that, this is still my top 3 hobby shop, highly recommended.

Absolute amazing business, I am now super jealous I do not live in Australia. Rare kits? Good prices?!? And, although I paid way cheaper for my rare kit through them, nothing, NOTHING compares to the custom thank you postcard I recieved. Thank you a million for caring for your customers Canberra<3

5/5 because noodles came with my order? Have placed multiple orders here. Response times are quick, Packages are well wrapped up, marked fragile, arrive in good condition. Prices are better than majority of local shops, even with shipping added. Cute little thank you cards are provided with each order that are hand written with uniure drawings and memes. Will return to shop for noodles again, no wait, to feed. Wait, I mean shop. Yes. Will return to shop for gunpla here again.

Ordered a pair of Dspiae nippers and actually got a card that had a hand written note by the person who packed it! I was quite surprised someone (Hopefully you see this) had taken the time to write that little note and it was so appreciated I had to make sure I put up a review! Item got to me quicker than expected despite being in standard Auspost. Price was great and plan to get more stuff through them!

45 Orders with this place should tell you enough.- Fast dispatch of orders (you can basically guarantee if you order before a certain time that it'll be at the post office the same day, I have memorized both CHC and the AusPost delivery times)- Responsive customer service that usually responds within an hour or 2 depending on circumstances, (grand total of one emotional support cat).- Wide array of color selection for paints exceeding in quality while also taking on suggestions in importing other colors (I am responsible for the importation of Black Blue)- Handwritten notes, jokes and tips on store postcards that also serve as a bonus tool for making model kits (surprised their design isn't the standard for other hobby shops)- Prices are often much cheaper than any other store I've bought from with very, very rare exceptions (the p-bandai curse).I'd honestly like to see more stores aim to have a business focus like CHC, and since no one else is going to take this position, this small store deserves the most support out of any other hobby company.
