Recently I put 4 pair of pants in for dry cleaning. They managed to completely lose 2 pair of pants and gave me back a pair of pants that weren’t even mine. It took me 4 weeks of phone calls and lots of empty promises on their behalf until under duress they finally paid for replacement pants. Poor form. Not willing to risk business with them again.

I recently had a formal gown dry cleaned by Brendan, he was super friendly & helpful! My gown has never looked better! I will definitely be back again, 10/10 would recommend!

I got 2 blazers and 1 dress dry cleaned for $90. I thought it was expensive so asked why it cost $39 to dry clean a clean dress and was told because it does and if I don’t like it there is a cheaper dry cleaner 100m down the road. They might be the best dry cleaners in Brisbane (I don’t know) but I’ll go elsewhere due to the attitude

Their working hours are outlandish. 9am to 3 pm?? How someone working on 8-5 shift collect their clothing?Not going here again

I've been a customer of Dry Clean Only for about 9 years and I cannot recommend them enough. I've used both the Newmarket and Aspley stores and they both make my clothes crispy clean and look like brand new. Their ability to remove stains - even 6 year old stains - have me shocked and so happy that I have found such a great dry cleaner.Add to this that every staff member is SO friendly and super easy to deal with. Highly recommend!!!
