Autobarn Caringbah

Mixed experience with this place. They advertise that they can fit various accessories to your car and on one occasion a very helpful staff member fitted new front headlights for me at no extra cost - this would be a 5 star review based on that experience alone... HOWEVER I recently bought a replacement wiper blade for >$40, my car has a simple hook connector so should be an easy fit but after a couple of days, the wiper blade fell off - luckily it wasn't raining! I went back to the store, to get a replacement and to get someone to fit it for me this time and I was told no-one could do it *and* if the same thing happens again, there would be no refund. The staff member was rude and obnoxious and the polar opposite of my first experience. Take home from this is don't bother going here during the week since they have no staff 'qualified' to fit car accessories - allegedly, they only work weekends.

Came in yesterday to see if they had a odd belt to suit a different application (not automotive) to save myself a long drive out west. It was an out there request but the young tall fellow made the effort and brought out a big box of maybe. None suited, which I kind of expected. But he made the effort and didn’t write off an odd request. Great customer service even though I didn’t buy anything. Good on ya for being helpful and caring.

Terrible. First time, attempted to overcharge me, before I pointed out the price on the shelf. Second time, got overcharged, didn't realise it until I checked the receipt in the carpark. Was so disgusted, I didn't even bother to go back in to dispute it. I left and will not return. Stuff all service, overcharging, I'd rather travel to another Autobarn where I will get much better service and prices.

Fantastic service from Autobarn Caringbah - shout-out to Artika for her personal service and great phone manner! Had purchased an item (which was a great price) via Click and Collect and forgotten about it as I bought it from an alternative Autobarn store closer to home. Was contacted as a reminder for pickup and when I advised it was not needed, there was no hesitation in offering a refund which was processed instantly. Grateful for the proactive servicing and a nice change to get staff who seem happy to deal with customers!

I had the best experience today, my new car was saying it needed oil and not being a car enthusiast I didnt know what to do, the young man Abdul was simply amazing and offered the best customer service, he needed a hand by his Manager Aaron who was so helpful. Team effore, they both fixed the issue for me and went over and above. I actually own and operate a mystery shopping business and if I were to rate them it would be over 5 stars. Thank you.

Worst customer service I have experience. The manager was rude and very Unhelpful. Will never go their again.
