My boyfriend bought me the rejuvenate package for a gift for my birthday and it was such a wonderful experience. Kayla was my beauty therapist, she was really lovely. She gave me some great advice for my skin and the facial she gave me left my skin glowing all day. The massage was really relaxing and the scrub made my skin feel so soft. Really appreciated the staff being so helpful and kind.

The website needs to include details of package prices - unless it is buried somewhere. My daughter purchased a gift card for me a couple of years ago and the price of the treatment has increased $55 since purchase. We had a grounding treatment and it wasn’t close to being worth the charged price of $145. They use nail polish rather than gel which was ruined by the time I got home given we were hurried out of the room and it didn’t have time to dry. The girl at the register initially told us the cost was $490 for two pedicures until we corrected her! I’ll book at another Canberra apa next time - cheaper and they use gel!!

I'm sorry to say this was a really disappointing experience. The therapist was very sweet and I had a relaxing experience, but the facial itself was terrible. The products were so heavy and unsuitable, that it started peeling off my skin within half hour of leaving the appointment. Considering people were giving me strange looks, I had to go and scrub my face as soon as I got home!

It's a neat and clean place. Haven't tired it for myself. I gifted my parents and booked for them. They enjoyed their time at the spa. The staff looking after them was friendly. Would have been nice if the reception was equally friendly. But that doesn't change the fact that it is the best Spa in the city. Would definitely give it a try ☺

Not worth the price. I had a rejuvenate spa package $295 + public holiday charge of $45 or so. The duration was not the 2 full hours and when it was finished, I did not even get offered a glass of water. When i requested a glass of water, i was given the last bit of the jug which wasnt even half a glass. Quite disappointing. Hope Belconnen or woden are better than civic.

They cancelled our booking and rescheduled joint treatment for my daughter’s birthday (Woden). Then cancelled a second time and when trying to rebook yet again she confirmed they only had a booking for one of us….. so somewhere int he two cancellations one had dropped off… when I told her (Lily) they needed to get their acts together she hung up on me… awesome customer service .

I felt relaxed the moment I walked through the door. Shelly was fantastic, was very warm and calming welcoming.Kate and Rachel were amazing!I left feeling valued, appreciated, relaxed and beautiful.Therapists are highly knowledgeable, passionate and proud about what they do.Absolutely amazing experience. Will definitely recommend and definitely will be a returning client.

Endota Spa Canberra is very favourite spa in Canberra! The spa is beautiful and the staff are very educated and caring. Definitely worth a visit!

Great spa experience. Even the express facial helped me so relaxed. The smell of the aromatherapy signature scent is always good. Friendly staff and skillful. I was offered lovely herbal tea. Very unforgettable lovely experience. I felt so relaxed after.
