All the people attached to each have done so much to try and help me and point me in the right direction to get what I need the help I need they have also been great support ongoing I've reached I've reached out for support do so many other organisations and received no help elsewhere at all each has been the only ongoing help and support

Revised 12.07.19 - definitely no longer recommend!!While in the past I would’ve recommended EACH I definitely don’t now... they’re disorganised, chaotic, insulting, hurtful, definitely not loyal. If anything, the way I was treated put me in a worse place. Aside from myself I know many who have been hurt and left stranded without support by EACH.Much has changed since NDIS has come in. EACH’s great service is well & truly gone!Sudden withdrawal of support - offered to be replaced with less experienced, less qualified, inconsistent workers through their partner EACH Choice, who are also way less than stellar with unreliability, lack of admin follow up & disorganisation, but also not necessarily qualified workers & generally their experience may be knowing a family member with mental illness, not actual experience managing mental health or being familiar with it.With EACH itself, complaints aren’t taken seriously, they put on a show like they are, but then try to pass the buck on to others rather than just admit fault & simply apologise.The sudden withdrawal of EACH’s support services despite having a service agreement was an insult & left me in what felt a very vulnerable place - the offer to replace it with less experienced, less qualified & inconsistent staff was a kick in the teeth, clinically diagnosed mental illnesses need qualified or suitably experienced support workers.Do not believe when they say you’re their priority... their priority is money - they don’t even have to be running at a loss... if they see bigger $ signs they won’t hesitate to suddenly drop you in favour of that, regardless of how vulnerable you are at the time.While the support workers are lovely & are vocal in how they’re against the way EACH has become & how they’re made to treat their clients, the management does not care one iota about the people they’re meant to be supporting, only the money - so regardless of how nice the workers are, you can still get dropped to the curb suddenly without support, regardless of having a contract, regardless of formal complaints, the management just doesn’t care about supporting people, despite that being what EACH is meant to be about.2018 initial feedback - Prior to NDIS commencing: Staff friendly and welcoming. Brilliant level of support offered. Support workers all very genuine in their desire to help clients reach their full potential.
