I bought a Therapod X from this store. Lily was very helpful and has great customer service. Overall, it was a great experience. The chair meets all my needs. The price reflects the quality of the products sold there. I'd recommend this store to anyone who is looking for great products as well as customer service.

These guys are amazing. Simon and the team sorted me out with a great chair at s really great price. Once I got it home I had an issue that my chair was just a bit too low for my standing desk and within the hour they had delivered a new chair right to my place at no charge. I highly recommend these guys if your in the market for any type of office chair. They're down to earth good guys, they know their stuff and won't try to upsell you anything like I've experienced elsewhere. Very happy with my experience here.

So impressed with the professional yet personalised service from Stu at the Geelong store! Stu suggested the most suitable products for our office, then allowed us to try them before purchasing. Our team is very pleased with the functionality and quality of the new set ups and we get lots of compliments from people who visit the office. Could not reccommend more highly.

The best customer service, super friendly and very accommodating. Stu was absolutely fantastic when I walked in looking for a specific make of the Hag Capisco. He was extremely knowledgeable on the different versions of chair and helped ensure I got the best fit. He also spent extra time (and seemed to have special connections!) to helping me get the blue fabric and white base I thought was only a dream possibility. He even had the chair ready in a matter of days. I've had it for a month now and I am the happiest worker-from-home! Thank you so much :)

From the first conversation to the last, the attention to detail and care taken to ensure I got the right chair for me was fantastic. Actively listening, asking great questions about my environment even what colour and aesthetically pleasing options I wanted (chrome base). I originally purchased a chair from the floor stock but it was no hassle to exchange. A quick, thorough and easy process. Thank you! Definitely recommend for customer service, quality and efficiency.
