Wowza.... Built almost 200 years back.... What a historic site.... One just wonders how good were things built back then....

One of the oldest building in the city with not a long history. Good place to pop in Darwin.

Fabulous setting. My first visit for an excellently executed performance, but also a place to just sit down and relax with friends over wine. Extremely pleasant.

If you are in town and looking to see the odd play or two, this is a good place to. Bar opens an hour before the performance. Can be cold inside so take something warm just in case.

This is more than a venue! Browns Mart is an incredible place to spend time. They work hard to make ensure high quality local work is highlighted on our stages, they work closely with many members of the Community, both locally and interstate! As a venue, Browns Mart is awesome. There's lots of room to sit outside and enjoy the relaxed Darwin atmosphere. Inside is air-conditioned, comfortable and a beautiful old heritage listed building. If you get a chance to see a show at Browns Mart. Do not hesitate!

Such a versatile venue. It feels so good comfortable walking in. Doesn't matter what event is on. It just feels right.

Cool place, live local shows. The chairs aren't comfortable but that's arguably part of this theatre experience; art is hard and will make you uneasy and give you a sore back. That may sound sarcastic and sour, but seriously I'm not bothered -- look at those 5 stars.

My only gripe was that after being told by multiple staff and the sign on the door that the toilets were gender fluid, I was asked to leave one (who knows which) by the burley gentleman behind the bar. Made me feel quite awkward indeed.

Wow!! My first visit and I was extremely impressed. On opening the Webpage, I first was impressed with the acknowledgement of Larrakia country, secondly people with needs seated and attended to first, even a service dog. Next was this show Last Call, wrote in a role to include a young man with hearing impairment and to also include Auslan interpreters, hats off to all involved. Very proud to be an aboriginal women in the audience. The influence of your team is very noticeable, congratulations.
