This place is amazing, just a little cool room churning out some of the best Sydney Rock oysters I’ve ever tasted. John’s knowledge and willingness to educate was something that I’ve never experienced. I walked out with a dozen perfectly shucked and clean oysters after having already tasted their brilliance and being introduced to an oyster pâtè.Worth a detour if you’re anywhere near!
