Fast quotes with a huge range of stone and reasonable prices, after they picked up the template it took only about a week for my bench top to be installed. The staff were also very nice and left the installation site quite clean. Really nice family owned business, would recommend to anyone looking for new benchtops or vanities.

Requested a quote online which I received promptly. We wanted to go ahead and book the job in and requested an on site check of measurements. No one turned up on the agreed day and when I rang late in the afternoon was told no one was available to come out that day as they were all busy on installations (not even the courtesy to contact me). I was then told that they would come out the following day between 9am-10am which no one showed up for either. Sorry but if your service is this poor before a job hate to see how long I would have had to wait for an installation.

Esma at the display centre was very knowledgeable and helpful, Adem was professional and highly competent and the installation guys were fabulous and successfully managed a difficult bench removal. The end result exceeded my expectations; I love my new kitchen!

If you are looking for stone bench tops and need a nice, fine neat join, I would not use Kay Stone. We choose a beautiful stone for kitchen and pantry benches but Kay Stone installed them with wide joins that look awful. Despite me confirming on several occasions how big the join would be etc we are so disappointed with our bench tops. If you don’t need a join they are ok, but be aware their installers can be a bit aggressive when you question them about aspects of the job. Considering how much you are paying the finished product and service should be so much better overall.

These guys are great. So much range, able to help and explain every piece offered. Can work with your budget and still receive amazing quality. Loved how there a family run business, with great customer service.
