Australia Post - Regency Park BC

Slow service, all parcels have a tracking number yet they don’t know where exactly the parcel is. Has been “sorting” now for 6 days. Australia Post, the most disappointing freight company there is!

A dismal disgrace! I wouldn’t even leave half a star if i could! “Attempted delivery” means; couldn’t be bothered delivering at all and you have to come and collect your package from Regency.No cards left, nothing to even notify me other than me checking the tracking online after being home all day waiting for a “delivery”. Absolutely disgusting.

Had a parcel left under my gate out in the rain resulting in a damaged gift, hardly a Christmas present worth giving,but I'm sure that's the least of the couriers concern because it's highly likely Australia post are paying them peanuts whilst the corporates are congratulating each other on a job well done bearing expensive gifts for each other while the customers suffer.

Everytime my parcel coming from regency park. The delivery driver doesn’t even attempt to deliver. Straight away leave a calling card and I have to collect it myself from post office.. called Australia post about this. No actions taken

Completely abysmal service. Using covid as an excuse for express parcels to come late. Parcel made it to regency park on time for delivery, As soon as it landed there moved back 4 days.They do realise delivering packages is there job right?If express is no longer express then 1. Don’t offer it 2. Don’t charge for it.It has been over a year of the same poor service from these guys and they have had ample opportunity and time to fix this problem. It pathetic, and when you call them to see what is happening they are rude and have the attitude of you’ll get it when you get it. I hate using Aus post only because once it lands in regency everything goes to hell.

Absolutely useless!! We have had numerous occasions where our suppliers have sent parcels express post, initial tracking always says the next day but it never ever happens, deliveries are always delayed. We have waited 2 1/2 weeks to receive an express post delivery. Australia post are happy to charge the express post fee yet never honour it. They are hurting Australian small businesses by their incompetence.We are currently awaiting an express post delivery that was due 4 days ago, it has been at the regency park facility for 4 days now and tracking now states they should have it delivered sometime in the next 2 weeks!!!When I called the 13 number I asked why this is a common occurance and why do they continually fail to deliver when Australia post competitors do deliver on time. I was advised that Australia Post is a big company and they have alot of parcels to deliver hence the delay. In fact it was one excuse after the other. Do not use Australia Post, they do not care and do not deliver!!

I hate my parcels going to this agency. They are the worst! I know it’s always going to be another week when it lands at this place. Do something about it Australia Post!!! How many bad reviews is it going to take until you fix this?????

I usually love Australia Post but whenever a parcel is coming from AusPost or Star Track Express via Regency Park, I am filled with loathing and despair. I have had three such deliveries and each time they either took my parcel to the wrong address or didn't even bother making a delivery attempt - then they have the nerve to insist that you need to go there to collect it.Talk about failing to comprehend the very reason for their own existence...

It is a PO box, pick-up.NOT A STORE! YOU CANNOT SEND ANYTHING.Description needs to be changed.Staff, not customer friendly, they probably get alot of people that think it should be, by Google.CHANGE IS NEEDED IN DESCRIPTION !!!!
