Pearl Nails Greenhills

Got a infill and painted. The young girl that was doing them kept getting up and walking away and checking her phone. Then got the painted and they were the worst shellac paint that I have ever got. The nails were bumpy and the shellac started chipping within a day. Went back to show them got the shellac done again and same thing shellac chipping.

1st time going there today. Staff are really customer focussed.. would not go any where else now going to go there all the time now. Definatley going to recommend them..

I could not be more happy with my nails. Went today for my nails to be done for year 12 formal. They look exactly like the picture. The shape and the how they feel are amazing. The stuff we’re amazing and kind.

Hi there,i went to get my nails today with my younger sister. i can’t speak highly of their staff. They done my nails exactly perfection. I will never stop going their. i asked for colour lines on my fingers. They done it with no arguing or complaining. The guy who done my nails was so lovely. Before he performed my nails he inducted himself and then started on my Nails.All staff their are lovely and will give you what you pay for and do such an incredible job of it.Thank you again guys

Had my SNS nails removed here. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I was left with my fingers in a bowl of acetone for 30 minutes, all the SNS residue started sticking to my hands, no one seemed to be interested in coming back to finish the removal so I decided to go and wash my hands so I could leave. The SNS residue wouldn’t come off so I asked someone to leave my nails and help me get it off my hands, the lady scrubbed my hands with a flannel and acetone which made things worst. She kept trying to go back to my nails and I had to repeat that I just wanted my hands cleaned and not to worry about finishing my nails. After 5-10 minutes I was close to tears and said I was leaving.I was then chased down by a man demanding I paid. I explained again that I would not be paying for the ‘services’ as the salon had messed up my hands. He continued shouting at me and telling me it was normal for my hands to look the way they did.I explained that I have been getting my nails done for years and have never hand my hands sitting in acetone for 30+ minutes and left with my hands looking the way they did.This man laughed at me a kept insisting I paid them.Luckily my partner was there to step in before it escalated more.I left, without paying and cried all the way to my car.A week later my hands are red, cracked and peeling.

Such a soft and gentle technician. Spoilt with a hot stone leg and foot massage and hot towels!!

Absolutely horrible! Myself and family will never go there again. Myself, sister and mother All attended the business for a full set acrylics with glitter tips each.Waited 15 minutes, no big deal... 1 man filed and glued my nails on, then swapped seats and did the same for my sister, 1 woman then did my acrylic and shaping......my mother is still waiting, at this point she had been waiting for 1hr & 20 minutes. They had already seated another 4 people and started attending to them.I was then told after questioning about my mother, that 1 man will be shifting between 3 of us. Every nail on mine and sisters nails is all different shapes. No one filed down the tops of our nails to smoothen them out or to remove the flaky acrylic underneath that was stuck. My nails are extremely thick, bumpy, out of shape and crooked. my sister's are very thin...like there isn't any acrylic on them, and extremely out of shape.My sister got the letter A" on her nail

I recently took my 6yo and I to get our nails done. I paid $40 for her to have shellac on there fingers and toes, the polished come off by that night on multiple fingers. The time before that I my fullset acrylics hurt before lifting really early. Very disappointing quality of work since new ownership.

The young guy here is the best to go to for acrylics. My nails were chat but he got them looking so clean and fresh and applied the acrylics perfectly, shaped and painted them so spot on I'm super impressed at how quick he actually did them. Results look like i got a russian manicure theyre that good. Definitely going here from now on rather than the other nail shops I've used in the centre in the past. Very happy customer.
