The Cheesecake Shop

I'm not sure what has changed at the cheesecake shop Ellenbrook recently but the taste and the standard of quality has severely dropped. The taste is not what it use to be and the presentation is poor, we have tried different cakes/cheesecakes to see if it was a once off however that was not the case. They have either changed recipes or management which has affected their cakes. We have been customers for the last few years..we will no longer be purchasing from this store.

I paid for $116 for custom Birthday cake and the cake was made poorly no effort for that kind of money . I order galaxy cake it didn’t Evan look close to galaxy and the ps4 logo wasn’t cut out properly looksLike just stick on paper didn’t look good and the main thing is the cake was sooo dry like no taste it was horrible Evan the guest told me the cake needs a refund . The out side the cake has dents and over whip cream it didn’t taste not good at all I wrote a email told them I wasn’t happy they didn’t reply nothing $116 didn’t spent well wasn’t worth the money . The Ellenbrook the cheesecake shop isn’t like old times very tasty not ordering from them again I rather go coles and woolies buy cakes from there it taste better and cheap as well

The sneaky tricks they are taught to rip customers off these days. They cut a wider slice around the outside middle part of the black Forrest cake to make it look like that is how thick the cream is right through the cake. When you slice it open your left with a pitiful sliver of cream right through the whole centre of the cake.

Always amazing service and go the extra mile to help make the cakes special. Thank you so much for all the birthday and celebration cakes this year.

Iam Gluten intolerant so my husband order a Gluten Free Carrot cake for his Birthday it was absolutely delicious and our family enjoyed the cake even though they are not Gluten intolerant I would recommend the cheesecake Shops Gluten free options

Ordered a cake online for my cousin's birthday but it was completely dry. It tastes like it was made a few days back.Really disappointed with the quality of the cake.

I Was trying to make a selection for my wife’s valentines gift at 6:25 and was been told to get out of the store and that he is closing the till down. He kept repeating I needed to make a decision quickly else He will close the till. The shop doesn’t close until 630. I made my purchase at 6:28. Please don’t be rude to your customers anymore.

Delicious cakes with a variety of options to suit different preferences. Can tell the use of good quality ingredients from the taste. The best part is can order customised cakes. Overall, good service and satisfactory experience.
