This is a regular stop if we're passing through between Isa and Townsville. Plenty of parking, clean toilets and a park for the kids to use up some energy.Is a designated driver reviver stop and advertises coffee at certain times but just an FYI it's never been there any time I have stopped.

Nice park at the entrance of Julia Creek (if you're coming in from the east). With a sheltered BBQ area, tables and benches, toilets, playground equipment for the kiddies and a large grassy area. It is also a designated Driver Recover stop that offers refreshments. Only open at certain times. Just look for the huge windmill.

What a great spot to stop for lunch after leaving Gregory this morning on our way to Richmond electric bbq very clean toilets a sink to washup may have help but not necessary loved the giant windmill
