Booked Keith to come out on Thursday afternoon only to drive over an hour back from Brisbane cutting my own work short had Shane booked in for Saturday only to be told mondays the best that can be done can’t really understand why these guys say they want the work then jus mess you around girls in the office are more than helpful poor form to the field workers won’t be seeing any of our cash again

The foreign lady who calls you back has got to be one of the rudest customer service reps out there, don't bother.

The job was not done properly, car was left in unsafe condition, but this company refused to send different (better qualified) technician to assess and fix the problem by their previous technician or to refund money. My advice is to absolutely avoid this company.

So my first phone call was to a lady on reception and is absolute credit to the team team but I cannot remember her name , so friendly. However when I rang back to confirm some guy called Rod guy extreamly rude , greeted with Location" and thats it

My Auto King mechanic Brad was fantastic to deal with, he contacted me in the morning of the appointment and again to say that he was running ahead of schedule and could do it earlier if convenient. On site he was professional and courteous and knew exactly what was needed and performed everything asked in a timely manner.I can’t recommend these guys enough, 5 star service all the way.

“I recently booked an inspection with Shane Wilson, but unfortunately, the TMR website was experiencing technical difficulties when I tried to access it. I reached out to Shane to clarify the next steps, but his response was unprofessional and rude. Instead of helping me navigate the situation, he lost his cool and cancelled the RWC without warning. This was extremely disappointing, and I would advise others to think twice before using his services.”

Really liked the mechanic who came out to help but completely misdiagnosed the car. Called to check out a leak from rain water and he suggested within 20 minutes the problem was the door seals. I called Toyota who advised it would be around 700 to replace and a 4 week wait on the parts. Toyota strongly recommended they check over the car to ensure the damage was correct. Found out there was actually a crack in the body of the car from a previous accident which had not been fixed properly. Thankfully the insurance company is covering the costs of repair. However, I am now out $99 for a 20 minute consult and a bad diagnosis. Had I ordered the door seals, I would have been out a further $700. Glad my gut told me to double check with Toyota.Won't use this service again as I wouldn't be able to trust the diagnosis. Lovely guy but out money and could have been out far more had I listened to him.

$100 more than quoting but I am very grateful for the time and effort Brian put in. It was a very hot day and took a lot longer then expected time frame. So thank you so much will definitely be using again in future. So glad to have it back on the road

Dan arrived on time, got it done in an efficient manner, pointed out a couple of minor issues that may need to be addressed by next owner but weren’t of the type that would stop me getting a roadworthy. Phew*Thanks Guys.

Have always been treated well by AUTO KING.There staff are amazing, always willing to listen. They are thorough and quick.I would highly recomend.My old holden probably wouldnt be on the road if it wasn't for the expertize these mechanics haveThanks guys. Much appreciated.I give them a 10 out of 10.
