Hardware Hub

I come here to shop solely for my dogs. They have a great variety of toys, treats, dog beds, and dog food. They also sell other household supplies, as well as work wear. I never leave without buying anything. The staff are very friendly and helpful too. It's definitely worth a visit.

Just left the grand opening sale.. shop looks great.. disappointing service when paying and leaving. You advertised on Facebook that you were giving away show bags to the first 100 people on each day, then it changed to the first 100 people who purchased something and then as we were leaving we asked about the show bag and was told no, we needed to spend a certain amount. The girl at the counter couldn’t even tell us the amount that it was.. I went on Facebook and had a look and it said you ‘edited’ your post at 5.20pm the night before the opening day to now say that it was the first 100 people that spend $50. After spending $42, I wasn’t going back in to have a look for something for $8. It’s ridiculous that it’s been changed that many times and not actually re posted so that people would be notified about the change.. or maybe put signs up around the store. We’ve been shopping at hardware hub for years but this has left a sour taste in our mouths and I don’t think we will be back in a hurry.

Great quality product, amazing customer service.They were mid move and stopped to help my partner find 3 shirts his size. Drove to the new site to pick it up for him.Went above and beyond with a smile all the way. Would highly recommend to anyone!We have always purchased dog & cat toys and food from here. Never had any issues and it’s always great quality !

Very happy with my first dog food purchase through Hardware Hub. They had the best prices, and it was a speedy delivery to the Gold Coast. Well packed...two very happy pups!!

Can get multiple variations of dog and pet food, pet clothing, pet toys and treats. Tools, accessories for garden, kids activity stuff and tredy clothes and shoes and so on...
