I came in to the store for help with a repair to a fine gold chain which is very sentimental. Francesca greeted us with a warm smile and she was incredibly helpful with finding the right tiny gold connection piece to repair my chain. It was fixed on the spot with only a few minutes to wait, and all with excellent service. Thank you again Francesca!

Crown Jewellers are amazing! I have an antique ring gifted to me by my late Grandfather, which he gave my late Grandmother in their youth on Norfolk Island 70 years ago. It was so old and fragile and in need of much TLC. Crown Family Jewellers rebanded it, set a lost stone, reset the claws so no more are lost and it looks amazing. The ring holds so much sentimental value for me and Crown not only looked after it but returned it restored to its former glory... highly recommend!

I recently visited this store with an old necklace of sentimental value that needed repairing. Kevin and Karen couldn't have been more helpful, even though the necklace wasn't purchased at their store. It was a relatively quick fix, but they didn't charge for their time to repair. I was so appreciative. Wonderful service, highly recommend!

Went to Crown yesterday to purchase some jewellery and I was extremely impressed with the sales consultant Kevin. He was most attentive and very down to earth. Also had a sense of humour which helps in life! I found exactly what I was looking for and at an extremely reasonable price. I would usually go to many stores to 'have a look around' before I settle on something but didn't feel the need after the service I received. The manager was very pleasant also, friendly and assisted in the purchase. Kevin is a credit to this store, he deserves a bonus!!

My fiance and I couldn't be happier with the service we recieved at Crown Family Jewellers. Both Kevin and Samantha understood exactly what we were looking for, and even suggested custom work to get the exact ring I wanted (in this case a gold chevron band). The selection of men's wedding bands were the best we'd seen in the entire complex - 4 whole cases of them! We are delighted with our purchases, thank you so much!

I took in 2 pieces of jewellery into the Chermside store be repaired. Initial visit was pleasant & I was happy to leave my jewellery there without thinking there would be any issues. I actually referred this business to friends & family that also live in the area. I received a text a few days later to let me know my jewellery was ready to be collected. Upon arrival to collect, only one piece of jewellery was in the bag awaiting collection. The sentimental ring that belonged to my late grandmother was missing. The Sales representative that was assisting me went out to speak to the jeweller and came back asking me if I had some more shopping to do while they looked for my ring. She was professional & reassured me they would do everything to find the missing ring. My heart sunk. I left the store. I later received a text message saying my ring had been located. I went back into the store and was greeted by another sales representative. She quickly apologised then proceeded to ask me if I had paid for the repairs. I responded no. Still in shock of all of this I asked if they were able to offer a better price to which I received an abrupt response of “no, we’ve apologised, the price is the price”. Again still in shock, I responded saying that my ring had been left on the desk in their back room & that anything could have happened to it. In a louder voice I was offered a $10 discount in an extremely condescending tone. I turned down the discount, paid the full amount & left the store. Such a disappointing end to what was going to be an overall good experience as I am happy with the repairs. To the sales representative who assisted in my final visit - please don’t raise your voice at your customers!

I had 2 queries for another Jeweller in Carindale and was sent to Crown Family Jewellers where they have a repairman in store. Chris answered my questions, helped me make informed decisions and ordered a part in that came much quicker than expected.I was then served by Kevin at the Chermside store when I went back to have the piece fitted, and was greeted with pleasant, in-depth customer service and felt like he had all the time in the world for me. He also offered advice beyond my query which was much appreciated.For a small, family run business, they showed the care and hospitality that you would expect from a company with only two stores, yet the professionalism of a much larger establishment.

I got my engagement ring resized here today and was assisted by a lovely saleswoman called Khad She was very friendly. I was told it would be ready in 3 days but got a text 3 and a half hours later saying it was ready today! Incredible service 100% recommend.
