I needed some last minute urgent cleaning for one my client's properties. I got in contact with Yulia and she was able to go out to the property same day for a quote and start cleaning the next day. Since then I've engaged Yulia on multiple occasions for other clients.Yulia's standard of cleaning is exceptional and I have recommended her services to my colleagues and wouldn't hesitate to engage Yulia's services in the future.

I highly recommend that you ask for Yulia!We first booked with another cleaning lady through jims cleaning and the service was horrible. She refused to clean the BBQ. She barely touched the showers and bath and although she cleaned the oven... it was no where near fit to cook food in. Was very disappointed... however! I contacted the lovely Sharyn at their office and she was kind enough to send me Yulia at no charge to clean the BBQ (as I had already tended to shower and bath and spent days scrubbing the oven). I cannot express how nice the BBQ is. Honestly it's almost new. It had been neglected by previous owners and the high standard of Yulias cleaning has really paid off. She is worth booking as she will not disappoint. She took everything apart and cleaned it so diligently that I can honestly say I don't think I could have done better.Also... ps. If you are unhappy with your cleaning I recommend contacting office first before putting up 1 star review. This is a franchise and some people unfortunately are not that honest and hard working. But the office can point you in the right direction for your job. Ask for 5 star cleaners only!

Yulia did an amazing job on my exit clean. She worked into the night to accommodate my tight time frame moving out of the property and requiring it to be 100% clean before new tenants moved in the next day.I highly recommend her service.

Yulia is amazing. We were moving out of hour 4 bedroom/3 bathroom large rental, and I naively thought all I needed help with was the steam cleaning of carpets and an oven clean. Yulia came over and immediately pointed out I was unlikely going to get back bond back (you see, the house was brand new and un-lived in before us, so we had to get it back to that standard). Yulia accommodated a quick pivot to a full end of lease clean instead, doing a stunning job throughout the home.When our property manager reviewed the place, some outdoor things were called out (items I had not initially asked Yulia to look at). By this time, we had relocated to our new home 1.5 hours away. Yulia was kind enough to pick up the keys from the real estate agent, return to close out these items, and liaise with the property manager on my behalf. She made this very stressful time and stressful latter situation, much much easier.I'm really glad we chose to go with her services and would highly recommend :) thank you Yulia!!!
