Frank was my driving instructor and a great friend. I think I was probably one of Frank’s longest client and he always supported me. After failing my driving test 4-5 times, each time Frank helped my build my base skills in driving, but most importantly my confidence.Frank would always work to improve the areas of my driving that were lacking experience, and continue to work on skills I understood to drill in repition.Thank you Frank for all your help, you always offered me alot of guidance not only in driving, but in life

Frank was beyond patient with me despite my nervousness while I was learning to drive. He taught me how to be confident on the road and to also drive to a standard that would prepare me not only for the test, but also for the roads on my own. I cannot thank him enough for the privilege of getting to be taught by someone with so much kindness and care. I would highly recommend Frank to any one learning how to drive or even any one wanting to develop their skills further.

I could not be more thankful to have Frank as my driving instructor. When he began teaching me, I was beyond nervous and Frank helped me every step of the way. He has never once been impatient or unkind to me and he knew exactly how to address my shortcomings. I recently went for my driving test and although I was close to having a nervous breakdown, Frank managed to get me through it and I passed. Frank is a fantastic driving instructor who is friendly and patient. During lessons I never felt intimidated or that frank was getting frustrated. He teaches you how to concentrate while driving, understand road rules, and how to make manoeuvres that are necessary for safe driving. He is more than qualified for teaching people how to drive and does so expertly. I would definitely recommend Frank as a driving instructor.

Frank is an amazing driving instructor! He is patient, friendly and extremely proffessional. He has taught me to overcome my nerves and be confident behind the wheel not only in test conditions but also when i drive alone. You dont just get great service when your learning with frank you also get honesty which is the best quality a driving instructor can have. I would highly recommend frank to anyone who is beginning the journey of getting there lisence!

Frank is a very well-mannered and experienced driver. He is easy to get along with and calm tempered regardless of the situation. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Very friendly and will teach you too a competent level where you feel confident and safe in you driving knowledge, started lessons 2 months before passing my test and he made sure I knew my basic knowledge of driving to be eligible to pass a test :))

I've just passed my PDA and its all thanks to Frank. Friendly, professional, patient and an uncanny ability to put me at ease while driving. For a nervous driver like myself he was just what I needed. Thanks Frank, I'm gonna drive myself to the beach now. :)

I have been learning to drive with Frank for some time now and it truly has been a great experience. His friendliness, patience and professionalism was evident from the moment I called him to book my first lesson. He also genuinely cares about his students and is a man of highest integrity. I chose Frank because of his history as a police driving instructor and his wealth of driving experience. Even though I have passed my test, I believe there is still much to learn from him and I intend to continue my lessons.If you wish to be the best, you gotta learn from the best.

I can't recommend Frank Clarke as a driving instructor. Not sure where these positive reviews are coming from at all. I had Frank for 10 lessons and could quite happily confirm that 7 of those were a waste of time and money.To provide some context, I had come to Frank after having my parents teach me the majority of the required skills to drive a manual car, hoping that he could polish me up for the PDA and that I could take his car out throughout the duration of it. In my 10 lessons, I had not been given a mock test or taught how to parallel park - what I was taught was hill starts and reverse parking... again and again and again... lesson after lesson. He never kept track of any of my progress and just insisted I do hill starts and reverse parking even though these came as no difficulty to me as I had already learnt how to drive for the most part. This negligence led to me having to take the test in my own car, underprepared and completely unknowing what to expect due to not having had completed a mock PDA. Surprise, surprise... parallel parking was in my PDA and my inability to perform one was a major contributor to me having failed it.Frank would spend the majority of the lesson explaining to me the troubles in his personal life including the operation his dog was having done, the accident his daughter had gotten involved in, and the poor service at restaurants he was dining at, but I had really wished he had saved his breath for - oh I don't know? - some driving instructions. He would be on his phone for the most part (presumably because I already knew how to drive and he wasn't needed" to watch over me) and would occasionally attempt to show me pictures from his phone as I was trying to drive... all the while preaching to me about how distracted drivers caused his daughter to be hospitalised.Complete and utter waste of money. I ended up going with another instructor after Frank who was with me for 4 lessons and I subsequently went on to pass my PDA using her car."
