*****Exceptional Service and Genuine Kindness – A True Five-Star Experience!*****I recently had the pleasure of encountering Mike and the crew at Ashley Group when I found myself in a predicament with my car’s spotlights. I had attempted to change them in a car park while en route to Newman: thinking it would be a simple task. Little did I know that I would end up cutting the original spotlight wiring and facing a completely different wiring setup. With a long drive ahead of me and daylight fading, stress started to set in.But, as luck would have it, Mike appeared like a guardian angel and offered his assistance after patiently listening to my somewhat frantic explanation. He mentioned having an Auto Electrician workshop nearby and suggested I bring the car there. Despite my hesitation due to time constraints, I realised I couldn’t proceed without functioning lights. So, I accepted Mike’s offer and drove to his workshop: I can confidently say it was the best decision I could have made.Upon arrival, Mike wasted no time in getting his skilled technician involved, even prioritising my situation over other ongoing work. Not only did the technician demonstrate remarkable expertise and attention to detail, but he also took the time to answer my numerous questions, satisfying my curious mind and imparting his valuable knowledge. It became evident that his 18 years of experience in the industry had honed his craftsmanship to perfection.To my surprise and delight, when the job was completed, Mike refused to accept any payment for the services rendered. It was an act of goodwill that is increasingly rare in today’s society. I was deeply moved by Mike’s genuine kindness and his willingness to help someone who didn’t consider asking for assistance.I am forever grateful for Mike’s timely intervention and the invaluable assistance he provided. Without a doubt, their professionalism, generosity, genuine care for others and ability to efficiently get the job done while taking pride in their workmanship deserve the highest praise. If only more individuals adopted a selfless attitude and took pride in their work instead of taking shortcuts to get the job done as quickly as possible!Thank you once again, Mike and the crew at Ashley Group, for a truly unforgettable experience. Car lovers beware of this mob. They completely destroyed my beama 330ci. What they didnt steal they destroyed, smashed and trashed.

The staff here were friendly and extremely helpful. I went there to replace the remotes for my Navara ute. They programmed the new remotes while I waited and even informed me of the pin number and how it works (something that Northside Nissan failed to do when I bought the vehicle from new). Can highly recommend this company.

Don't expect any customer service here if you're a woman. Twenty five minutes after my appointment time I was waiting in the car with my two kids and I still had no idea how much longer I was going to have to wait. So I drove off. Then 47 minutes after my appointment I get a phonecall to say the guy's ready now and am I coming back. No, not ever.

Great sales team, we've used them for the last few years for all electrical work on our fleet. Would highly recommend for aftermarket fleet accessories.
