Staff are always super friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to help.Definitely deserves a five star rating for consistently great service.

Friendly staff but yesterday 29/07/2022There a slim girl at around 7.00 pm she was a very bad staff I felt humiliated and like thief.the security was a good guys but the girls white slim and young she always looking at me and my wife talking with the security walked and dont look at people.i am a good customer and we love chemist but some staff make it like nightmare sorry but it is true.i was a crimal investigation cop in my home country I know the rules.

5 stars to the woman who works at the checkout. She is always a DELIGHT and seems to remember everyone. I'm only there once a month but she remembers me every time and is charming.She's also got great nails.She deserves a raise.

This store is a bit small but staffs and security guy very friendly and helpful customer. Highly recommend

Really Really bad service here. I rang ahead. Because I was told by Chemist Warehouse in Midland that NorthBridge had the medication I needed.I spoke with a pharmacist who told me that they did indeed have the stock. There was no waiting list for this medication. But it is in high demand. Therefore it should be allocated on a first come first served basis.I sent my husband straight over. As he was just around the corner. So he walked into the chemists literally 2 minutes after I had called ahead to check the medication was in stock.I had already signed my prescription over for collection. However the pharmacist refused to dispense the medication!This is totally unacceptable! And I am totally disgusted with the discrimination shown by the pharmacist dispensing the medication! I had a prescription. And it was in stock! Therefore there is no reason not to dispense! Truly disgraceful!!!!

I used to shop here regularly a few years ago bcz they had such friendly service. It was so busy before. I went in recently & was quite intimidated by the security guy at the door. I wasn't greeted either. The store was almost empty of customers, such a change from before. The security guy at the door watched me as I paid for my medicines, yet he still looked displeased as I left the store. I don't know if I'll be back again. Customer service DOES extend to security staff. Just saying.......

This place is always packed. LITERALLY. Therefore, it takes quite a long while prior to receive your prescription. ( yet, understandable).I love how they can utilise such small space into a store where you can still shop freely ( not having to sqeeze yourself through the aisle).One star is deducted because sometimes the staffs look pretty grumpy ( understandble thought, as they must be so stressed trying to manage the flow of people)The place is nice and tidy.

My recent visit to Chemist Wharehouse Northbridge was regrettably marred by an unwelcome scrutiny from the security staff. It is unacceptable for customers to feel profiled based on their appearance. This incident tarnishes the reputation of the pharmacy and demands rectification. Unfortunately this seems like a common occurrence in Western Australia based on my own and other's experiences.
